FCT Police Arrest Nine Armed Robbery Suspects and Recover Stolen Vehicles

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command made a significant breakthrough by arresting nine armed robbery suspects involved in a robbery in Jikwoyi, FCT. The suspects, including Moham Yanusa, Abubakar Moham, Isah Salihu, Nura Zakar, John Paul Itodo, Augustin Daudu, Musbau Ali, Innoc Omal, and Usman Moham, were apprehended at a hideout in Nasarawa State where they were planning a robbery in the Asokoro area.

The police recovered stolen vehicles, electronics, and other items from the suspects, who confessed to selling stolen vehicles in Kaduna and Kano states for prices ranging from ₦550,000 to ₦650,000. Investigations are ongoing, and the suspects will be charged to court upon the conclusion of the investigation.

The FCT Police Command urged residents to report suspicious activities and provided emergency contact numbers for prompt response.
