Police Intercept Vehicle Loaded with Explosives in Katsina, Arrest Suspects

The Katsina State Police Command intercepted a vehicle carrying a large cache of explosive materials in the Koza Daura Local Government Area. The operation, conducted on January 7, resulted in the recovery of detonators and gelatin explosives.

Three suspects, including Jamilu Musa, Ibrahim Murtala, and Sulaiman Muhammad, were arrested. The suspects confessed to receiving the explosives in Kano State and were en route to Kongolam Mai Adua.

Investigations are ongoing, with plans to charge the suspects in court upon completion.
