Lagos Police Command Denies Political Bias Allegations

The Lagos State Police Command has refuted claims of political bias among its personnel, labeling the allegations as false and damaging to its reputation. Deputy Police Spokesperson DSP Babaseyi Oluseyi clarified that the police have distanced themselves from partisan politics and are focused on maintaining public safety and peace.

The command deployed joint police teams to patrol Alimosho Local Government Area to prevent crime, without any bias towards political parties. Oluseyi emphasized the professionalism of the police in handling complaints and providing security, regardless of political affiliations.
