Adamawa Police Rescue 5 Abducted Children in Maiduguri - Suspect at Large

The Adamawa State Police Command rescued five children suspected of being unlawfully abducted and brought from Maiduguri, Borno State. Acting on credible information, the police intercepted the children found wandering the streets of Mubi town.

The rescued children were identified as Adamu Musa, Suleiman Idris, Suleiman Mohammed, Dauda Yahaya, and Mohammed Alhassan. Investigations revealed that the victims were taken from Maiduguri by Aliga Suleiman.

The police are currently searching for the suspect. The Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, commended the rescue operation and directed the State Criminal Investigation Department to handle the case.

Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the suspect and reunite the children with their parents, emphasizing the police's commitment to protecting lives and property in the state.
