Lamido Critiques Opposition Parties as Family Feud

Lamido expressed his lack of awareness regarding a reported group of opposition political parties, which includes the ADC, NDC, and notable figures such as former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Rabiu Kwankwaso, and Rotimi Amaechi. He characterized their conflict as a "civil war" among individuals from the same political background, primarily the APC, who have historically opposed the PDP.

Lamido reaffirmed his allegiance to the PDP since 1999, distancing himself from the internal disputes of the opposition. He stated that political parties should articulate their principles and programs to the public, focusing on issues like the economy and security.

Lamido urged Nigerians to scrutinize the political actors' backgrounds and sincerity to make informed choices in elections, emphasizing that the ongoing political strife is a matter for the involved parties.
