ECWA Leader Backs US Senator's Genocide Claim in Nigeria, Urges Government Action

Former General Secretary of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), Rev. Nmadu, supported a US Senator's claim of Christian genocide in Nigeria at a book launch in Kaduna State University.

He highlighted the disturbing pattern of killings targeting the Christian community and urged the Nigerian government to act decisively to stop the bloodshed. Nmadu emphasized the need for religious freedom and criticized the proposal to regulate religious preaching.

He called on religious leaders to promote unity and peace. The event also featured a book review by Helen Ando.
