Powell Homes Launches Affordable Wonderland Estate in Enugu

Powell Home Shelter Ltd officially launched the 'Wonderland Estate' in Enugu, Nigeria, promising affordable and eco-friendly housing solutions. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on a Saturday, with Managing Director Uzoma Mba and architect Chibuikem Onyekachi Emmanuel presenting the project.

The estate aims to bridge the housing gap by providing modern, mortgage-friendly homes within a comfortable environment. Notably, 25% of the entire land space will be dedicated to green areas and recreational facilities.

The estate will feature a leisure park, a five-star hotel, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool, designed to attract families and visitors. The location is strategically situated close to key landmarks, including Godfrey Okoye University and the airport, making it accessible.

Former Minister of Power, Professor Chinedu Nebo, commended the initiative for addressing Nigeria's housing deficit. Nollywood actress Patience Ozokwor, the brand ambassador for Powell Home, encouraged residents to invest in the project, assuring them of its credibility.

Bishop Chibiko Onyeledo also praised the project for its potential to enhance urban development in Enugu State.
