Nasarawa Amazons Reach 2026 President Federation Cup Final

Christoph Danjuma, the head coach of Nasarawa Amazons, expressed his delight with the team's achievement of qualifying for the final of the 2026 President Federation Cup. The Amazons secured their place in the final by defeating Sunshine Queens 2-1 in the semi-final match held in Enugu on Thursday.

Danjuma anticipates a great final match against Heartland Queens and thanked God for the opportunity to reach the final again, having done so the previous year. He urged his team not to underestimate Heartland Queens and emphasized the importance of maintaining focus.

The final match is scheduled to take place at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, Delta State, on July 11, 2026. Danjuma also acknowledged the significance of finishing third in the Super Six and the need for the team to stay concentrated.
