President Tinubu Reconstitutes NERC Board for Electricity Sector Reform

President Tinubu has reconstituted the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) Board, appointing Dr. Oseni as Chairman and Dr.

Ali as Vice Chairman. Other members include experienced individuals like Nathan Roger Shatti, Dafe Akpeney, Aisha Mahmud Kanti Bello, Chidi Ik, and Fouad Animashaun.

The reconstitution aims to deepen ongoing reforms in Nigeria's power sector in alignment with the Electricity Act of 2023. The new board is expected to play a crucial role in implementing regulatory reforms and stabilizing Nigeria's electricity supply system.
