Primate Ayodele Alerts Tinubu to APC Plot Against 2027 Bid

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has warned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu about a secret plot by certain governors and cabinet members within the All Progressives Congress (APC) to sabotage his re-election campaign for 2027. In a statement released by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Ayodele indicated that these political allies are allegedly aligning with former Vice President Atiku Abubakar without Tinubu's knowledge.

He also expressed skepticism regarding the credibility of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in conducting free and fair elections, questioning the suitability of the scheduled election date. Furthermore, Ayodele addressed Nigeria's economic issues, urging immediate action from the president to alleviate rising inflation and public hardship, which he believes could undermine confidence in the administration.
