Yobe Road Crash Kills Six: Police Commence Probe

The Yobe State Police Command has commenced an investigation into a fatal road crash that claimed six lives on the Potiskum-Damaturu highway. The accident, involving a truck and a trailer, was allegedly caused by wrong-way driving.

Eyewitnesses reported that the truck collided with an oncoming trailer, resulting in six fatalities and two injuries. Dungu Abdulkarim, the State Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed the incident and stated that investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause.
