Renowned Scholar Professor Babs Onabanjo Honored Across Lagos, Atlanta, and Washington

Professor Babs Olusegun Onabanjo, a renowned scholar and philanthropist, was celebrated in Lagos, Atlanta, and Washington on his birthday. The celebration, organized by the Onabanjo King Foundation alongside Naomi Ruth Barber King in 2008, highlighted his visionary leadership and global advocacy for change.

Ambassadors Taiwo Kehinde Oguntoye and the management of Atlantic Digest praised Onabanjo as a remarkable educator and philanthropist, emphasizing his empowerment initiatives spanning four decades. Onabanjo's contributions to management education, computer science, and leadership were commended, with his role as the President of the Faculty Senate at Alabama State and his current position as the President and CEO of the King Foundation noted.

The foundation's efforts in youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and civil rights advocacy were also acknowledged.
