El-Buba Urges Nigerian Government to Prioritize Security

Prophet Isa El-Buba, founder of the Evangelical Bible Outreach Ministry International (EBOMI), addressed the Nigerian government, emphasizing that the protection of citizens' lives must take precedence over political interests and elections. Speaking on Sunday in Plateau State during the Black Sunday observance, he lamented the ongoing violence and loss of innocent lives across Nigeria, despite government promises to improve security.

El-Buba criticized the current state of democracy in Nigeria, stating that citizens cannot live safely in their ancestral communities. He called for collective action to reflect on the lives lost and the displacement of families due to violence.

He urged the Nigerian government to intensify efforts to dismantle criminal networks and restore public confidence in the country’s security architecture. El-Buba also called on President Bola Tinubu for stronger leadership to address insecurity and demanded decisive action to rescue kidnapping victims, insisting that no elections should occur without ensuring the safety of citizens.
