Ejianya Urges Soludo to Revive Anambra Polytechnic

Mr. Obinna Ejianya, the Publisher of 9News Nigeria, has addressed an open letter to Dr.

Chukwuma Soludo, the Governor of Anambra State, advocating for the revival of critical institutions in Awka North, specifically Anambra State Polytechnic, Mgbakwu. The letter, titled “Re: Consolidate on the achievements of your predecessors and urgently revive strategic institutions in Awka North, particularly Anambra State Polytechnic, Mgbakwu,” was made available to journalists on Sunday.

Ejianya appeals for the revitalization of the Polytechnic, urging the administration to fast-track accreditation for its academic programs and enhance funding, staffing, and infrastructure. He also calls for the modernization of Purity FM, Mgbakwu, to restore it as a vital public communication platform.

While acknowledging the achievements of Soludo’s administration over the past three years, Ejianya expresses concern that insufficient attention has been given to strategic institutions established by previous administrations, particularly by Chief Willie Obiano. He emphasizes the need for governance to be a continuum that builds upon existing foundations for the benefit of the people.
