PZ Cussons Nigeria: Director Kareem Moustafa Resigns from Board

PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc has filed a corporate action notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited announcing the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mr. Kareem Moustafa from its Board. The resignation took effect on 28th September 2026.

PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc (NGX: PZ) notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders, and the investing public on 30th September 2026 that Mr. Kareem Moustafa has resigned from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. His resignation became effective on 28th September 2026.

The notice was filed as a corporate action and signed by the Company Secretary, Oghenekevwe Ogefere. In the filing, the Board extended appreciation to Mr. Moustafa for his contributions and service to the Company.

Following this departure, the Board of PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc now comprises the following directors: Ifueko M. Omoigui Okauru MFR as Chair, Oghale J. Elueni as Managing Director/CEO, Ebenezer O. Elusakin as Chief Financial Officer, and Non-Executive Directors Ballama Manu, Oluwatoyin Odutayo, Suleman A. Ndanusa OON, Richard Walker (British), and Anthony Idigbe SAN, PhD.

The filing did not disclose any reasons for Mr. Moustafa's resignation, nor did it announce a replacement or indicate whether the Company intends to appoint a successor to fill the vacant board seat.
