PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a board meeting scheduled for 29 September 2026 to consider its Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 August 2026. The company has also declared a closed period for trading in its shares, effective 1 September 2026, in line with NGX post-listing requirements.
PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc filed a Board Meeting notification with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 9 September 2026, announcing that its board will convene on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, via Microsoft Teams at 11:00 am. The meeting agenda is to consider the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 August 2026.
In connection with this upcoming disclosure, the company declared the commencement of a closed period for trading in its shares starting 1 September 2026. The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the results are released to the market. During this period, no insider of the company or their connected persons is permitted to deal directly or indirectly in PZ Cussons Nigeria securities.
