PZ Cussons Nigeria Scrip Dividend Deadline and Payment Update

PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc disclosed, via a corporate action filing dated October 29, 2026, that resolutions were passed at its 78th Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2026. The company approved a final dividend of ₦2.50 per ordinary share for the financial year ended May 31, 2026.

Shareholders have the option to receive all or part of their net cash dividend in new ordinary shares under a Scrip Dividend Arrangement. The election deadline has been revised to Wednesday, November 4, 2026, correcting an earlier communicated date of October 23, 2026. The dividend payment date has also been rescheduled from October 30, 2026 to Friday, November 6, 2026.

Qualifying shareholders are those whose names appeared on the company's Register of Members as at the close of business on October 9, 2026. Shareholders who do not submit an election form will receive the dividend in cash, subject to applicable withholding tax. The reference share price for the scrip arrangement has been set at ₦65.29, based on the average closing share price over the 10-trading-day period from October 12 to October 23, 2026. Election forms are to be submitted to First Registrars and Investor Services Limited.
