Radda Praises AbdulRazaq and Ahmad for Traditional Titles

On September 16, 2026, Katsina State Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda extended his congratulations to Kwara State Governor Malam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and Naufal Ahmad, the director-general of the Katsina State Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (KATDICT), for receiving prestigious traditional titles. In statements issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, Radda described AbdulRazaq's title as Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate as a significant honor, reflecting his exemplary leadership and commitment to unity and peace in Kwara State and as Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF).

Radda also commended the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, for recognizing AbdulRazaq's contributions. Similarly, Radda congratulated Naufal Ahmad on being conferred the title of Gamzakin Katsina, acknowledging his role in advancing the state's digital transformation agenda through KATDICT.

Radda urged Ahmad to view the honor as a call to further service and thanked the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman, for honoring young professionals.
