Akpabio Urges Muslims to Pray for Peace During Ramadan

Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Senate of Nigeria, encouraged the Muslim community to pray for peace and practice compassion as they observe Ramadan. In a goodwill message signed by his special adviser, Esem Eyiboh, Akpabio expressed warm greetings to Muslims in Nigeria and around the world.

He highlighted Ramadan as a sacred period for spiritual reflection, self-improvement, and renewal. Akpabio advised the Muslim ummah to utilize this occasion to strengthen their faith and promote peace and understanding among people.

He wished for Ramadan to bring peace, prosperity, and blessings to families across Nigeria and urged Muslims to engage in good deeds, prayers, and fasting during this holy month. Akpabio concluded his message by wishing all Muslims a happy Ramadan and invoking blessings from Allah.
