Senator Bino Dauda Yaro Distributes Food Aid in Adamawa

On Friday, during the holy month of Ramadan and Lent, Bino Dauda Yaro, the Senator representing Adamawa South, distributed food items to religious bodies and less privileged individuals in his constituency. The distribution included essential items such as bags of rice, sugar, spaghetti, and vegetable oil, aimed at providing relief amid the ongoing economic hardship in the country.

This initiative took place across nine local governments, with the Senator emphasizing the importance of unity and compassion during this holy period. Kafawan Bonifac, the campaign director, highlighted the necessity of such interventions during the fasting periods observed by both Muslims and Christians.

Christian Simon, the secretary of Mayo Belwa local government, expressed gratitude for the Senator's gesture, which he believes will significantly benefit the less privileged. Mallam Abubakar Sulaiman from the Muslim council commended the Senator for his people-centered representation over the past six years, while Abubakar Moham Bolto, chairman of the people living with disabilities, praised the Senator's empathy and commitment to uplifting the community.
