RCCG's Pastor Odesola Calls for Community Focus in Badagry

Pastor Johnson Odesola, the Continental Overseer of Continent 3 of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, addressed the newly inaugurated Region 66 in Badagry, Lagos State, urging its leaders and members to prioritize evangelism, discipleship, and community impact. During the inauguration at the region's headquarters, Odesola stated that the establishment of the region should extend beyond administrative expansion.

He called for a focus on building upon the achievements of predecessors and striving for greater glory. Odesola emphasized that success should be measured by the ability to reach more people and deepen their faith rather than merely increasing positions or structures.

He articulated that a new region entails increased responsibility and the need for greater leadership and discipleship. Femi Olunuga, the pioneer Pastor-in-Charge of Region 66, identified three core values for the region: Christ-like character, loyalty, and excellence, represented by the acronym CLE, aiming to develop leaders committed to these principles.
