Dangote Cuts Fuel Price to N129/Liter, Eases Transport Costs

Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the price of petrol to N129 per liter, down from N144, effective December 11, 2025. This adjustment is aimed at reducing transport costs as millions of Nigerians travel across states during the festive season.

Aliko Dangote met with President Bola Tinubu to reaffirm the commitment to keeping fuel prices affordable for Nigerians. Despite ongoing smuggling activities, the refinery's frequent price adjustments help stabilize supply and improve efficiency in Nigeria's downstream sector.

NNPC had also recently adjusted its pump price to N905 per liter.
