Daaru R Rahmat Society Promotes True Islamic Practice

Sheikh Misibaudeen Olawal, the Ameer of Daaru R Rahmat Society, called for a true practice of Islam that extends beyond the five daily prayers. He emphasized the importance of social welfare initiatives during a press briefing in Osogbo, Osun State, on Tuesday.

The society plans to provide support worth N5 million to less privileged individuals across Nigeria by the end of 2025. Olawal highlighted that their efforts include free healthcare services, scholarships, and skills training for women to reduce dependency on business grants.

In 2025, 38 women are expected to benefit from a free skill acquisition training program, and free medical screenings will be conducted every Thursday. The society has also distributed free NECO and WAEC forms to less privileged students.

Olawal acknowledged the support from the head of security agencies in the state and urged individuals to contribute positively to society by supporting vulnerable people.
