Eric Agada Backs Philip Agbese as Leader for Enone
Hon. Eric Agada, a grassroots leader from Orokam Ward 2, expressed strong support for Rt. Hon. Philip Agbese, the current representative of Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency, describing him as a long-awaited leader for the Enone people. In a statement made available on Wednesday in Abuja, Agada noted that for over two decades, the Enone community had sought genuine representation, which he believes has been fulfilled with Agbese's emergence.
He characterized Agbese as a leader synonymous with light, hope, and effective governance, stating that under Agbese's leadership, the voice of Enone is now heard in the Green Chambers. Agada highlighted Agbese's initiatives in youth empowerment, women's support, and educational scholarships, contrasting these with past political neglect.
He urged party members to protect Agbese's leadership against detractors, emphasizing the need to avoid political complacency to maintain the progress achieved.
