Nigerian Revenue Agencies Launch Nationwide Recovery Initiative to Strengthen Fiscal Governance

The Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) and the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) jointly launched a revenue recovery initiative in Abuja. The initiative aims to strengthen Nigeria's fiscal governance, enhance transparency, and ensure all federal revenues are fully remitted.

Dr. Moham Bello Shehu, Chairman of RMAFC, and other officials emphasized the importance of efficient revenue administration and strategic interventions to plug revenue leakages.

The initiative is part of broader plans to boost fiscal capacity and achieve sustainable fiscal growth in Nigeria.
