Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta opted to start Kepa Arrizabalaga instead of Raya. However, Arteta's decision backfired as Arrizabalaga made a significant error that allowed Manchester City to score, leading to a 2-0 defeat for Arsenal at Wembley.
