Rivers Administrator Appoints Board Chairmen, Members [Full List]

The Rivers State Administrator has appointed new board chairmen and members, including Okey Wali SAN as the Chairman of the Rivers State University Governing Council. The appointments were announced in a statement by the Secretary of State Government, Ibibia Worika.

Dr. Sampson Parker was appointed as the Chairman of the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital, with Chizindu Alikor retained as the Chief Medical Director.

Dr. Samuel Nwanosike, a former chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area and ally of Minister Nyesom Wike, was appointed as the chairman of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency.

Wokoma Amakiri was appointed as the managing director. The full list of appointments was provided in the statement issued on Wednesday.
