Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of the Portugal national team, scored two goals in a 5-0 victory against Uzbekistan on Tuesday evening. This achievement marks Ronaldo's entry into the top 10 all-time FIFA World Cup goal scorers, bringing his total to 10 goals.

At 41 years old, he became the first player in history to score in six different World Cup tournaments, having participated in the events of 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018, 2022, and 2026. Ronaldo's performance allowed him to surpass the legendary Portuguese player Eusébio, who had nine World Cup goals.

Currently, Lionel Messi leads the tournament's all-time scoring list with 18 goals, having overtaken Germany's Miroslav Klose earlier in the competition. Kylian Mbappé is second among active players with 16 goals, tying with Klose's previous record.

Ronaldo's latest feat adds another chapter to his illustrious career, extending his men's international record to 145 goals.
