Sanwo-Olu Celebrates Mountain Top Chorale's Global Success

Lagos Governor Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, alongside his wife Dr Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, celebrated the Mountain Top Chorale of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) for their remarkable performance at the 2026 World Choir Games in Helsingborg, Sweden. The choir returned with two gold medals, enhancing the reputation of MFM and Nigeria on the international stage.

A special homecoming and thanksgiving concert was organized to honor the choir's achievements, featuring musical performances and expressions of gratitude. During the event, Governor Sanwo-Olu praised the ministry for its accomplishments and expressed pride in their contributions to choral music.

He acknowledged the leadership of MFM and thanked them for hosting the celebration. The Mountain Top Chorale's victory was attributed to their dedication, discipline, and teamwork, alongside the ministry's support.

This achievement follows their previous success at the 2024 World Choir Games in Auckland, New Zealand, where they also won two gold medals.
