Saudi Arabia has outlined nine key benefits available to foreigners holding premium residency status, as part of its initiative to attract skilled individuals globally. The benefits include the ability to reside with family members, including parents, spouses, and children under 25.

Holders can change employers without restrictions and are exempt from expatriate fees. They enjoy unrestricted travel in and out of the kingdom without needing a visa and can issue visit visas for relatives living abroad.

Premium residency holders can utilize priority lanes at ports, work rights for their entire family in the private sector, conduct business activities in accordance with investment regulations, and own real estate within the kingdom. These advantages place premium residency holders in a significantly more privileged position compared to standard expatriates, reflecting the elevated status intended for them.
