The Saudi government has published details regarding the benefits available to foreigners who obtain its Premium Residence Permit, which is designed for individuals seeking a stable, long-term life in Saudi Arabia. The benefits for both Limited Duration and Unlimited Duration Premium Residency holders include the ability to reside with family members, flexibility to change employers, exemption from expat fees, and the ability to exit and return without a visa.

Family members are also included in the exit and re-entry provisions, eliminating the need for separate visa applications. Additionally, holders can obtain visit visas for relatives, use dedicated airport tracks, work in the private sector, and own real estate.
