João Felix Threatens to Expose Saudi Pro League After Loss

Following Al-Nassr's 2-1 loss to Al-Ittihad on Saturday, midfielder João Felix expressed his frustration and hinted at exposing the Saudi Pro League if he chose to speak out. The defeat marked Al-Nassr's first loss of the season, ending their perfect start.

Nigerian player George Ilenikhena scored two goals in the first half for Al-Ittihad, while Al-Nassr's Angelo Gabriel reduced the deficit in the 36th minute. Despite efforts, Al-Nassr could not equalize in the second half.

Felix received his fourth yellow card of the season for a foul on Richard Rios in the 69th minute and appeared visibly frustrated with match official Khaled Al-Turais. After the match, he declined to answer reporters' questions, stating, “I won’t speak to you, because if I do, I’ll expose this league.” Due to his fourth booking, Felix is expected to serve a one-match suspension, leaving Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr without a key attacker for their upcoming match against Abha on September 9.
