US Secret Service Lists Nigerian Egbe Tony Iyamu as Wanted

The US Secret Service has placed Egbe Tony Iyamu, a Nigerian man born on April 20, 1986, on its official most wanted list, making him the only Nigerian among 32 fugitives currently named by the agency. Iyamu is listed on the Secret Service's Newark field office page and is wanted in connection with a case handled by the US Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey under the Drug Enforcement Task Forces programme.

He is alleged to have been a member of the Black Axe organization, also known as the Neo Black Movement, serving as "Chief Butcher" of the group's Cape Town chapter from 2013 to 2018. Authorities claim that between 2011 and 2021, Iyamu engaged in multiple forms of internet fraud, including romance scams and advance fee schemes, using aliases such as "Lord Aminu Kano" and "Richard Amali." The Secret Service has not provided a timeline for his apprehension and encourages anyone with information to contact them.
