Nigerian Senate Confirms Major General Shaibu as Chief of Army Staff

Senate President Godswil Akpabio emphasized the importance of ensuring competent and patriotic individuals lead Nigeria's military. Senator Isah Jubrin from Kogi East vouched for Shaibu's competence and character during the screening.
