Goje Disputes Gombe Central Primary Election Results

Senator Muhammad Danjuma Goje has publicly disputed the results of the Gombe Central primary election, in which Dr. Habu Dahiru was declared the winner with 42,785 votes, while Goje received 10,425 votes. Goje, who has represented the senatorial district since 2011, issued a statement through his special assistant, Ahmad Isa Kasher, urging constituents to remain calm and disregard false results circulating on social media.

The official results of the primary election, conducted in the Akko and Yamaltu Deba local government areas, have not yet been announced. Kasher emphasized that the APC will release authentic results from the party's national headquarters in Abuja and called for patience among party members and the general public.

Goje remains committed to following due process and adhering strictly to the party's rules and regulations.
