Seplat Energy PLC Grants LTIP Awards to Executive Directors

Seplat Energy PLC has filed a notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities, disclosing share awards granted to three Executive Directors on 18 August 2026. The filing covers both 2026 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) awards and Deferred Share Awards tied to the 2025 Annual Performance Bonus.
Seplat Energy PLC disclosed on 24 August 2026 that it granted share awards to its three Executive Directors on 18 August 2026 under the Seplat Energy PLC 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).
For the 2026 LTIP Awards, Chief Executive Officer Effiong Okon received 194,512 shares, Chief Operations Officer Samson Ezugworie received 123,582 shares, and Chief Financial Officer Eleanor Adaralegbe received 117,550 shares. These awards were calculated using a five-day average closing share price of £6.106 prior to the grant date.
Separately, Deferred Share Awards in respect of the 2025 Annual Performance Bonus were also granted: Okon received 41,060 shares, Ezugworie received 41,202 shares, and Adaralegbe received 39,191 shares. These deferred awards were calculated using Seplat's closing share price of £2.84 on 31 December 2025 and are due to vest on 31 December 2027, subject to continued employment.
No consideration was paid by the directors for any of the awards. The 2026 LTIP Awards are subject to a three-year performance period beginning 1 January 2026 and a subsequent two-year post-vesting holding period. The Remuneration Committee retains discretion to adjust vesting outcomes.
