Seplat Energy 2025 Annual Report Released, AGM Date Confirmed

Seplat Energy PLC, listed on both the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX: SEPLAT) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE: SEPL), announced on 20 April 2026 the publication of its 2025 Annual Report & Accounts covering the year ended 31 December 2025. The Company simultaneously released its Notice of AGM and proxy forms for its thirteenth Annual General Meeting, which will be held virtually on 20 May 2026 at 11:00am WAT via https://www.seplatenergy.com/agm-2026/.

Copies of the Annual Report, AGM notice, and proxy forms have been submitted to the UK Financial Conduct Authority through the National Storage Mechanism and are also available on the Company's website. The filing notes that audited financial statements and management report extracts were previously included in the Company's Final Results announcement dated 26 February 2026. This current announcement appends the Directors' Responsibilities Statement and a description of the Company's principal risks and uncertainties, in compliance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5. The Directors' Responsibilities Statement was signed by Chairman U.U. Udoma and CEO R.T. Brown on 26 February 2026, with directors confirming the Group is expected to remain a going concern for at least 12 months from that date.
