Kashim Shettima Attends Climate Change Summit in Brazil

Vice President Kashim Shettima has left Abuja for Brazil to represent Nigeria at a high-level international climate change summit. The summit aims to bring together world leaders and environmental experts to strategize on addressing climate change, promoting green energy, and advancing sustainable development.

Shettima is expected to present Nigeria's commitment to achieving net-zero emissions in line with the Paris Agreement. He will also engage in bilateral talks with other world leaders to strengthen partnerships in supporting Nigeria's environmental protection efforts and climate adaptation programs.
