ADC Candidate Bilyaminu Shinkafi Celebrates Zamfara Support

Bilyaminu Yusuf Shinkafi, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Zamfara state, expressed gratitude to the residents for the warm reception he received during his visit to Gusau for the inauguration of the party’s presidential and governorship campaign offices. He interpreted the strong show of support as a sign of the people's desire for a new direction in governance.

In a statement, Shinkafi thanked supporters, party members, and residents for their enthusiasm, which he believes strengthens his resolve to provide purposeful leadership. He urged residents to mobilize more supporters and enhance the party’s grassroots structures across the 14 local government areas.

Shinkafi criticized the current All Progressives Congress-led administration for concentrating power among a few individuals and emphasized the importance of inclusiveness and accountability in governance. He called for peaceful participation in the electoral process and reaffirmed his commitment to responsive leadership that prioritizes the welfare of the people of Zamfara.
