Soludo Swears in SSG and 13 New Officials in Anambra

On Wednesday, Governor Prof Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State swore in Mr Chiamaka Nnake as the Secretary to the State Government and 13 other newly appointed officials at the State Executive Council Chamber in Awka. The oath of office was administered at 12:47 PM, with Mr Ngozi Iwouno being sworn in as the new Attorney General of the State.

Other appointees included Topechukwu Nweke, Joachim Anetoh, Dr Ben Nwankwo, Prof Frank Collin Okafor, and several others in various roles. Governor Soludo welcomed the new officials to "Team Soludo 2.0" and stressed the importance of selfless service, teamwork, and dedication to the people of Anambra.

He highlighted that the appointments were made after thorough vetting and were aimed at strengthening governance and expanding service delivery across critical sectors. Soludo called upon the appointees to prioritize the interests of the people and to remember the weight of their responsibilities.
