The firm condemned Davido's inflammatory public statements directed at his estranged partner, Ebelechukwu Enedah, following a recent court session.

They emphasized that the matter should be resolved strictly through legal processes and cautioned against any attempts to intimidate legal practitioners, which could jeopardize the justice system. Davido's recent Instagram post accused Enedah of making insensitive comments during court proceedings, leading to online harassment directed at gospel singer Tosin Bee, who clarified his lack of involvement in the case.

In response to the backlash, Enedah privatized her social media account. Following these events, Davido announced his decision to withdraw from the custody case, expressing disappointment over the situation and emphasizing his desire for a peaceful resolution for their daughter.
