South-East APC Endorses Tinubu for Second Term

The South-East chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially endorsed President Bola Tinubu for a second term in office ahead of the forthcoming presidential elections. This endorsement was announced in a communiqué issued after a zonal executive meeting held in Abuja on Sunday.

The meeting was attended by Ijeomah Arodiogbu, the newly elected vice chairman of the APC in the South-East, along with newly elected party chairmen from Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo states. Arodiogbu explained that the meeting focused on issues affecting the unity and growth of the party, particularly as political actors begin to align for future elections.

The South-East zonal executive committee reaffirmed its unwavering support for Tinubu's re-election and expressed commitment to work together to strengthen the party's chances in future elections. The communiqué also called for deepening internal cohesion within the party, expanding its membership base, and improving electoral performance across the region.
