Stanbic IBTC Holdings Closed Period Starts June 1, 2026
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC has notified NGX and shareholders that its closed period will commence on 1 June 2026, in line with Rule 17.18(b) of the NGX Rulebook. The filing also discloses that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on 31 July 2026 to consider the company's Half Year Audited Financial Statements for the period ending 30 June 2026, as well as a proposed interim dividend.
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC filed a corporate action notice with Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on 29 May 2026, announcing the commencement of its closed period effective 1 June 2026. The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the company's Half Year Audited Financial Statements are released to NGX.

Separately, and in accordance with Rule 19.2(b) of the NGX Rulebook, the company disclosed that a Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Friday, 31 July 2026 at 10:00am. Agenda items for that meeting include the review of the Audited Financial Statements for the Half Year ending 30 June 2026 and the consideration of a proposed interim dividend.
