Stanbic IBTC Holdings May Miss H1 2026 Results Deadline
Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) that it may not file its Audited Half Year Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2026 by the regulatory due date of 28 August 2026. The company attributed the potential delay to the ongoing audit finalisation process and the need to obtain required regulatory approvals before submission.
Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc issued a press release on 10 August 2026 informing the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and its stakeholders that it may experience a delay in filing its Audited Financial Statements for the Half Year ended 30 June 2026.
The regulatory due date for the filing is 28 August 2026. According to the notice, the company is currently in the process of finalising the audit of its 2026 Half Year Results. Following the completion of the audit, the company stated it would also be seeking the required regulatory approvals before submission to NGX.
Stanbic IBTC indicated it is working to submit the financial statements as soon as all required regulatory approvals are received, noting that submission may occur before or shortly after the 28 August 2026 deadline.
