APC Senator Warns Nigerians Against Seeking Help from Trump

Senator Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara West, representing the APC, cautioned Nigerians against relying on US President Trump to address Nigeria's security challenges. Speaking in Abuja during the flag-off of the National Association of Former Local Government Council Chairmen (NALGON), Yari stressed that foreign leaders like Trump have no business solving Nigeria's problems.

He urged Nigerians to stop seeking external help and emphasized the importance of Nigerian leaders taking responsibility for addressing insecurity. Yari advocated for greater autonomy and funding for local councils to better respond to grassroots security issues.
