Student Dies in Yobe School After Bullying Incident, Police Investigate

In Yobe State, a student passed away following a bullying incident at school. The deceased was allegedly attacked by a classmate, although the full details are yet to be confirmed.

The student was laid to rest in his hometown of Gadaka in the Fika Local Government Area of Yobe State. The Yobe State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Dungu Abdulkarim, confirmed the incident and stated that investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of death.

The police are looking into the involvement of the suspected student and the school authorities are cooperating with the investigation. When contacted, the Commission of Basic and Secondary Education in the state, led by Prof.
