SUNU Assurances Nigeria H1 2026 Unaudited Results Approved
SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc has disclosed that its Board of Directors met on 22nd July 2026 and approved the company's Unaudited Financial Statement for the half year ended 30th June 2026. The financial statement is scheduled to be filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on or before 30th July 2026.
SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc (NGX: SUNUASSUR) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that its Board of Directors convened on Wednesday, 22nd July 2026 and approved the company's Unaudited Financial Statement for the half year ended 30th June 2026, referred to in the filing as the 2026 UFS Q2.
Per the disclosure, the 2026 UFS Q2 will be formally filed with the NGX on or before 30th July 2026, in compliance with exchange rules governing the timely submission of periodic financial statements by listed companies.
