Suspended Ondo ADC Chair Threatens Legal Action Over Leadership Dispute

Olaid Ibraheem, the suspended chairman of the Ondo State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), is challenging his suspension and threatening legal action. He claims the state congress held on October 7, 2020, was conducted properly and demands his immediate reinstatement.

Ibraheem accuses the national chairman, Raphael Nwosu, of removing him from office unconstitutionally. He has given a 14-day ultimatum for his reinstatement before pursuing legal recourse against the party leadership.
