SWAN Celebrates President Tinubu's 74th Birthday

The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) extended congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 74th birthday, acknowledging his impactful leadership and commitment to uplifting Nigerian sports. SWAN President Isaiah Benjamin and Secretary General Ikenna Okonkwo issued a statement praising Tinubu's efforts to encourage Nigerian youth to discover their sports talents.

They noted his decisive actions, including the appointment of top professionals like Mallam Shehu Dikko and Hon. Bukola Olopade to the National Sports Commission.
