Niger Delta Leaders Support Tantita in Pipeline Security

Monarchs and community leaders from the Niger Delta have urged for unity and support for Tantita Security Services in their pipeline surveillance efforts. During discussions, they highlighted the company's role in enhancing the security of oil and gas pipelines, which has led to noticeable improvements in the area.

Christoph Akpotu, the President General of the Isoko Development Union, commended the joint committee of the Senate and House of Representatives for dismissing multiple petitions against Tantita, describing the decision as a step in the right direction for the Niger Delta. Akpotu also called on stakeholders to prioritize collective economic benefits rather than engage in disputes over rights.

Sam Akpemegi from the Ughelli Descendants Union praised the company's performance since commencing operations, noting significant improvements in security. Felix Onoriod from the Isoko community expressed optimism about the positive impact of Tantita's operations in 2024, urging the need to sustain the current momentum for peace and stability in oil-producing communities.
